PASTOR - ELECT
The Reverend Jonathan David Meyer has accepted the Call to become the Pastor of Grace Lutheran Church. He is currently concluding his ministry at the congregations he serves and will soon be moving to Midland.

Victoria Crawson was born and raised in Southern California and later relocated to Midland, Texas to remain closely connected with her family. She has served Grace Lutheran Church for more than ten years, faithfully fulfilling a wide range of responsibilities. She loves Elvis, cooking, arts & crafts, keeping her faith alive through daily devotions and and reading.
Her primary duties include supporting the Pastor in the preparation of the Divine Service worship bulletins. In addition, she compiles the monthly newsletter, Herald of Grace, incorporating contributions from Board Members, Staff, and the Director of the Early Childhood Program. The Herald of Grace newsletter is available on our Connect page under Newsletter/Resources.

Director of Children, Youth, and Family Life
Carol has been a dedicated member of Grace Lutheran since January 2002 and stepped into her role as the Director of Children, Youth, and Family Life Ministry in July 2022. A proud mother of three sons, mother-in-law to three, and grandmother to eight, Carol brings a deep, personal passion for family to her work.
She oversees cornerstone programs like VBS, Bibleville, the Children Led Christmas Program, Rally Day and Midweek Ministries. Carol also enjoys mentoring 3rd–6th graders, teaching them the creative foundations of puppet ministry. Each summer, she travels with the youth to Camp Lone Star in La Grange, TX, where she has served as a Pioneer Leader for four years, guiding and mentoring the kids through their camp experience.
Carol’s ministry is guided by Matthew 19:14, standing on Jesus’ words: “Let the little children come to me and forbid them not, for of such is the Kingdom of God.” To Carol, there is no greater joy than being a part of helping kids come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
